It’s like dating, I wondered if the short term living arrangements meant something about me…
But I have become so RICH in relationship experience from living closely with so many different types of people by this point
Instead of avoidance (my previous go-to) I’ve braved SO many honest conversations with people during this time.
And I believe we always truly know when it’s time to let go.
But we can let society, logic, our conditioned expectations convince us otherwise.
That staying is more honourable than leaving
That leaving is somehow quitting or failure
That we should aim to cling on to relationships/jobs/homes for as long as possible and ideally forever
That’s just not the way I’ve found to be true
So if you’re allowing also allowing a lot of change in your life at the moment - I see you - you’re not wrong for it - and you’re likely just building up experience in exactly what you do want next - Even if that next also isn’t ’forever’.
Let’s dispel the myth of always searching for Happily Ever After✨
