A massive thank you to City Of Sheffield Waterpolo W1 for hosting a training weekend with the Wales Junior Women.

You've made us feel incredibly welcome and the girls gained valuable experience from this weekend away.

A special shout-out to Chris and Rebecca for making the weekend possible and for coaching the girls. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

💫A huge congratulations to the boys and girls who played under the banner of Celtic Dragons this weekend at The BMC Cup Autumn Festival.

This mixed tournament was the very first for many of our 2012 born and younger players and drew players from the Wales Junior Women and Men's programmes as well as our regional training centre.
