I never track my food since I tend to know roughly what I'm having now after years of tracking but thought I'd track as I ate yesterday πŸ₯—

This is around maintenance calories for me with the added coffees etc. πŸ‘Œ

I also always think what I eat in a day posts are weird cos imo you should just eat what YOU would eat in a day, not what they would eat in a day 🀣 But maybe it's cos I eat pretty similar everyday & it's a bit boring but that's how my brain works with these things 😎

So if nothing else I would just like this to come across as you do not have to eat stupidly low calories, sugar is not the devil and protein helps everything, literally everything πŸ™
