BE THE CHANGE… or don’t be the change. You have a choice.
🎉HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL 🎉
(Is it even a New Year if you haven’t said HNY on social media🙄)
Remember this is a time industries prey on you to buy in to what they do, especially the “health” one.
The felt pressure of change and improvement can be massive for us all.
Remember you don’t have to change at all you are enough and you are great.
What I would suggest is stay active, look after your mental health, eat the rainbow and don’t deprive yourself of the things you love - 80/20 approach and create happy memories with others

Push it, push it real good
Loving the team we are building on my sessions… you’re all great. We are working through technique and form through planes of motion, packing a punch and getting the heart rate lifted. You all work at your own pace and level and I couldn’t be prouder of your commitment ❤️ 🤣
