Coming in nicely since Christmas 🦍

Did you know that training isn’t only about hitting personal bests, getting shredded to step onto a stage or get your kit off for a photo shoot?
For me, life and my attitude towards training when Elsie was born. Training was no longer about lifting heavy weights and feeding my ego.
It’s now all about being the best I can be for my family. Because I simply refuse to be the dad that huffs when my little girl needs picking up. Or looks for something else to do when she wants to run around and kick the ball around in the park.
Investing just a couple of hours of time into yourself per week will allow you generate even more of your time and energy into your family.
If you aren’t at your best for yourself, then how do you expect to be at your best for your family?

6 weeks in 🦍
Body fat coming down nicely since Christmas and now sitting at around 96kg, down from 102kg the week before Christmas.
Took the decision to step away from chasing numbers on the bar and focus purely on my health, looking and feeling my best 💪🏼
Took the step to work with as I feel that as a coach, you never stop learning and even as a coach myself, there’s nothing more important than having that accountability in terms of my own physique development as well as my business.
Looking forward too seeing what we can do with this old rig this year 👀
