Compassion doesn't show up on a scoreboard, but it's the difference between a strong brute and a good man.

Strength without compassion builds walls.

That's why at F3, we train hard, consistently and together so we can show up for each other every week and break down the barriers that we as men put up around ourselves.

Come and join us for a free bootcamp on Parkwood Springs every Monday and Friday at 6am as we find creative ways to get active together in the outdoors.

Open to all men aged 18+, No fitness level required, just a willingness to push yourself.

A free fitness group for men in S5 — and a place to belong.

We’re a consistent, supportive group of men who push each other to get fitter, stronger, faster, and to grow into better versions of ourselves.

We meet at Parkwood Springs, every Monday and Friday at 6am. Just show up and get ready to push yourself!

All men aged 18+ are welcome. No judgement, no prerequisites. Fit or fat, local or not, starting fresh or starting over — you’re part of the team the moment you arrive.

Because on those cold, gloomy mornings, every man cuts the same silhouette. What matters is the courage to step into the light together.

🏋️ BANK HOLIDAY. STILL SHOWED UP.
While most people were sleeping in, this crew was at Parkwood Springs getting after it. Workout done âś… Then someone had the bright idea to head down to Rivelin plunge pool for a cold dip together.

Turns out not everyone in this group can actually swim — we had one grown man doggy-paddling for his life like it was his first day at the leisure centre. No shame though. That's the point. Nobody's pretending to be something they're not here.

Capped it off with breakfast and a proper conversation about what we actually prioritise in life. Not small talk — the real stuff.

This is F3. Every Monday and Friday, 6am, Parkwood Springs, Sheffield. Bank Holidays included. No exceptions.

Speaking of which — next Bank Holiday is Christmas Day. And yes, we'll be there.

Because despair doesn't take a day off.
Loneliness doesn't disappear when the tinsel comes out of the loft.
And Christmas dinner calories still count.
