Majority of the club was at the comp yesterday or dancing to Zach Bryan so we moved the session to today so everyone can get there send fix!

What a session it was too. As always, something to really test everyone and it sure did that today.

Nic started her fitness journey with Infinity 8 months ago, and since then she’s been absolutely smashing it. Eight months of consistency, hard work, and trusting the process - and the results speak for themselves.

Our very own Bruce Lee! Big Ben competed and smashed his BJJ tournament on the weekend.

Throwing people around, headlocks and all sorts of other cool stuff. What a boy!

What a way to put the gym sessions to good use. This goes to show how the way we train at the club can help in so many other aspects of life.

You never know when you’re gonna need to headlock someone right?
