🌟Throwback Thursday🌟
Throwback to our rehearsals for our Disney Performance earlier this year🎀 We believe that practice makes permanent and rehearsals is an important time to build confidence and feel comfortable with choreography before shining on stage 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Our rehearsals are fun and full of energy and we love sharing the love of dance with each other!!! Each of our dancers worked extremely hard and we are beyond proud of them 💜💜💜

At the Amanda Holland School of Dance, we talk a lot about flexibility—but it’s about so much more than just showing off cool tricks or hitting a perfect split🌟🌟
True flexibility is the secret superpower behind every great dancer. It allows for higher extensions, more fluid movement, and beautiful lines. But most importantly it keeps our dancers safe by preventing injuries and protecting growing muscles!
Flexibility takes time, patience, and a lot of practice 🎉🌟🪩

We are beyond proud of our dancers for their hard work and dedication. The performance was incredible 🎉🎉🎉 We also loved to see each other having fun around the park!!
