We are qualified swim coaches in the UK with experience coaching swimmers that range from complete beginners through to competitive age group & masters swimmers as well as triathletes & open water swimmers looking to improve technique & fitness. We coach in a variety of settings from swimming club, pool based 1-2-1 & group sessions as well as offering online training plans and tecnique analysis. W
Working on some today with some 15m bursts and some 100m race pace 25m repeats.

Another fun and successful weekend at National Championships this weekend. A 🥉plus a lifetime best for me in the 100m Butterfly.
Great time with Masters and some valuable lessons learned, like 200m Butterfly is VERY hard 😂

Racing weekend!
Good luck to coach competing in and who is swimming his final open water event of the year, the 10km Long Swim at Eton Dorney.
All the training has been done, now go and enjoy the race 🏊♂️

Great day out with and this of coaches at the final yesterday.
Great performances from the whole team secured us 3rd place overall and promotion back to Division 1 for 2026 🏊♀️💪🏊♂️

Tomorrow, Fergus takes on the Chillswim Lake Windermere Swim — one of the UK’s most iconic open water swimming challenges.
This summer he’s already shown what can be achieved with focus, consistency, and the right plan. Following our online swim coaching, he’s completed some amazing swims and built the strength and confidence, ready to take on this epic, end-to-end, 11-mile challenge!
Now it’s time to trust the training, enjoy the journey...and remember to fuel!
