It really is a manual process, and this is exactly how we do it — just us, a rake and an engine! 💪

It’s a big job, and it takes plenty of time and effort, but we’re trying our absolute hardest to keep the lake looking and feeling its best for you guys to enjoy and swim in. 🏊‍♂️💦

Following an amazing session on our open day, Kat is back running a series of Somatic Circles, before starting a longer 9 week program next month. 🌿

Next week’s Somatic Circle will focus on healing the inner critic - but what if it’s not the truth of us?
What if there is another way to live and thrive?

This isn’t a lecture on the inner critic. It’s a chance to actually feel what it’s like when its grip loosens — through breath, movement, and nervous-system-led practice, in circle with other women doing the same quiet work.
