Today was J & K's first outing in the glorious Devon countryside, the neon purple pops in the afternoon sun.

We our big fans of bikes that have a bit of character, and are not one of the big name mass production brands.

The LOOK G85 Cezal is no exception, the speckled purple colourway stands out, not just for the colour, but for the way it rides.

Just waiting for the final bike fitting and then we will trim the steering tube, setup the brakes, fit the
bar tape and complete our safety checks, then the bike is ready for our customer to ride away.

What a glorious day for a ride. Our Social ride might have only been three riders strong, but it was good fun as always...

What a glorious day for a ride.
Our Social ride might have only been three riders strong, but it was good fun as always.
We took to the quiet lanes with the wind on our backs towards , which was also hosting a 10k running event.
We then headed out towards Chapel Allerton, stopping at Ashton Windmill for a photo opportunity!
The ride back to Shepton was via quiet country lanes.
Just under 67k ridden, although Allen couldn't resist riding round the car park to round it up! Thank you to everyone who joined us, hopefully we will see more of you at the next one in October??

Everyone is welcome on our monthly social ride. We meet on the first Sunday of the month. We usually ride for around an hour or so to a coffee stop and ride back for around an hour and a half.
No one is left behind, and you are welcome to join us whatever you ride. We only ask that you wear a helmet, can ride with a group in a safe and respectful way to other riders and road users.

Our next ride is Sunday 6th September.

It's been awesome building this bike.

Sarto invited us to meet them at Rouleur last year because they were thinking of making us an official Atelier for their brand.

Our chats went well, and they asked us to be one of their exclusive UK Sarto dealers.

The handmade finish is just one small part of what they focus on, since the bike also has to perform, ride well, and be built to the standards Sarto owners expect.

At Grand Tor Cycling, we're all about building a bike that's perfect for the rider in every way.

This custom Sarto Raso TC hits the UCI weight limit with standard parts. We're pretty sure it could be even lighter if you wanted.
