THIS is what consistency looks like 🥹💗

Me & Leish have worked together on and off for around 5 years now, through 1-1 PT, group coaching, Studio EHL classes and now 1-1 online coaching.

And I think her journey is such an important reminder that progress is rarely linear.

There have been ups, downs, periods of being completely on it and periods where life has got in the way. But the difference now? She doesn’t throw everything away because she’s had a bad day, week or even month.

She’s learnt how to find her balance, come back to herself and KEEP GOING.

Yes, the physical changes are bloody amazing 👏🏼 but I’m far more proud of the woman behind them. The confidence, the consistency and the way she now shows up for herself.

5 years of never giving up on yourself. Look at you Leish 🥹🫶🏻

This is exactly why I will never sell you a quick fix. We’re building something you can actually maintain alongside a REAL life.

Plot twist: being a PT & online coach doesn’t mean fitness has to be your entire personality 👀

I train, I eat well, I get my steps in… but I also go out, eat the food, have weekends away, miss workouts and have days where motivation is nowhere to be found.

And that’s exactly how I coach my girls too.

I don’t want you to build your whole life around fitness. I want to help you build habits that fit into YOUR life and actually last ✨
