If you're new to the gym, the treadmill is one of the easiest places to start.

You don't have to run. A steady walk is a great way to build fitness and confidence, and as you progress you can gradually increase the speed or add a little incline.

Remember, everyone starts somewhere, and our instructors are always happy to help if you have any questions.
