DYNAMIC STRETCH
If you’re a runner, cyclist or keen exerciser you’ll know that all the hard work you put in sometimes comes at a cost.

🔥What’s HIIT all about?🔥
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a short but intense workout lasting between 10-30 minutes. What’s brilliant about this particular workout is the amazing impact it has on your metabolic rate. To put it simply, compared other forms of exercises like running, walking or cycling, it switches your body from burning carbs to burning fat as a fuel source.
Research finds that people with good metabolic flexibility:
* Find it easier to lose weight
* Are in a better position to gain muscle and perform better during workouts
* Are at a lower risk of developing obesity, diabetes and other metabolic disorders
There’s many ways of performing HIIT workouts but the rule of thumb is that the exercise bouts must be short and intense with short rests in between rounds. A simple way to perform this at home would be to do a series of Jump Squats with each rounds lasting 10 seconds with a rest in between of 10 seconds.
But you don’t need to do it at home 😉. Every Wednesday at 6pm, Simon will put you through your paces, giving you the very best, full-body, 30 minute HIIT workout, guaranteed to put you in fat burning mode.
