It’s crazy that when you can’t be arsed to do something…
You will spend more time telling yourself you can’t be arsed….
and then more time feeling guilty for not doing it
So, just do the thing….
In a pretty good flow rn…. ⬇️
Infact, probably the most consistent I’ve been in years,
Removed all distractions from my life….
I used to find it hard to say no
No to myself, no to other people
but since the new year I promised myself to not drink for months, not spend money on pointless s**t and waste time procrastinating….

Mental health check list:
- do something purposeful
- exercise
- educate
- eat good food
- spend some time outside
- have a laugh
Life is BUSY, but stress levels are 0…
Simply because I’m doing the things im supposed to be doing 🫡

Building to beat this look by summer 📌
Walk the walk and pass the knowledge on to the team …
Currrently sitting at 84kg, 6 more weeks until we start to shred down
🤝🏽

“Ive got a photoshoot in 6 weeks” 🫡
Ryan originally jumped on board with myself because he:
- felt demotivated
- low in energy
- lost his passion for training
- fell out of shape
So we outlined a 12 week plan to push him past his potential… 🤝🏽
BUT
3 weeks in, he told me he’d booked a photo shoot in 6 weeks time….
Instead of panicking, and being realistic I told him from that day, I altered his plan to suit the timeline
We dropped calories straight away by 500, adding in extra cardio and steps to pull off fat quicker as our timeline became really short….
He didn’t complain, not once.
We were running a pretty intense plan but that’s what has to happen to get the job done
On top of that, we ensured he followed a structured plan to fill out his physique, working on weaker points
We spoke everyday, checked in a couple times per week to make sure the body news responding how we wanted…
He looks fu***ng incredible, even better, he felt the best he’s ever felt
Proud of this man 🤝🏽❤️
Shoutout to the man for the photos, who’s also at the top his game 😮💨

19 days in, not a day off….
No alcohol, no lie ins and no excuses
Currently bulking, 81kg but still holding condition
Towards the end of last year I slipped up, and it bought so much anxiety
It’s not the first time it’s happened, but honestly everything is 100x worse when I fall out of routine
Focusing more on the process:
- daily walks
- hydration
- no doom scrolling
- getting to bed on time
- sticking to clean diet
- spending more time with family & friends (without alcohol)
- training 6 days per week
It’s crazy how much better you feel if you implement small changes like these
Consume s**t, feel s**t

completely different mindset this year….
focus is on the process, not the outcome
Thinking more about who I want to become, than the stuff I want in life

12 week tidy up phase for 🤝🏽
Brandon’s experience in all realms of fitness and health but needed someone to kick his arse back into gear…
We mainly focused on nutritional intake to drive fat loss and performance ⬇️
Brandon is a coaches dream, someone who just gets up and works and works
We had a few bumps in the road with injuries but we navigated through that by adjusting the plan to meet the requirements needed to get lean!
So it was more about getting him back on track with lifestyle habits, accountability and performance
Stay tuned as he’s running 7 marathons in 7 days soon 💀💀💀
Something I have mad respect and admiration for ❤️
Energy increased
Back on track
Performance improvements
Leaner, more muscle and strength
Smashed it 🚀

This isn’t a sympathy post, but a lesson….
Putting this together made me realise how far I’ve come
I was reluctant to post this, but it’s my story and hopefully people can relate or even find inspiration
Keep attacking, slow progress is still progress ❤️
