A client said to me recently...
"You have 1400 Instagram followers, why don't you have an active page?"
I didn't have an answer... So here we are.
I'd like to reintroduce myself to the Facebook community.
My name is Henry Latimer, I've been involved in cycling for 17 years and working as a performance coach since 2019 with a wide range of cyclists from amateur riders to full time professional racers.

Big big win for Andy last weekend at Staffordshire
We started working with Andy last year after his second place at Staffordshire, with some lofty goals and one big goal of coming back to win in 2023.
Mission Accomplished ✅
PBs across each discipline, and the 40-44 category win. Well done Andy!

Hot off the press. Win for at Hillingdon tonight. Seeing off a field of hitters with a bit sprint from the breakaway 🔥

When you coach someone as talented as this guy, it's tough when results don't go their way for reasons out of their control.
Finally it clicked for this weekend with a strong ride to forge a breakaway in his local road race, eventually coming away with a well deserved 5th place
Joe is on a big developmental curve with his racing this year, but it's falling in to place and we will continue to push on both the tactical and the physical side ! 🙌

Just finished putting the finishing touches to a plan that has been a couple of years in the making, building towards a pretty special event for a rider.
Le Loop is an event which covers the entire Tour De France route, one week ahead of the professional race. For a rider with a demanding full-time job and family commitments, to tackle this is damn impressive.
We built steadily through 2022, working on aerobic foundations and getting prepared to push for more in 2023. The plan has come together nicely and the feedback I received this morning, shows that we are in the best possible place to tackle this monstrous event.
"Ahh mate thanks - it’s gonna be rad, and in all seriousness thank you. I’d have made the start line, but there’s no way I’d be in this form, with this quiet confidence, and with the best fitness mentally and physically of my life. You’re a ledge 🤜🏻"
The rider in me is super jealous of this. The coach in me is buzzing to follow progress through July. Good luck Dan!

I'm super proud and happy to be part of the coaching team for the Team UK cycling squad ahead of the 2023 Invictus Games on Dusseldorf.
2 camps down so far, and SO MUCH progress made already from everyone. I'm excited to continue on this journey with a superb group of athletes, helping their recovery through sport and competition.

Great to see Matt Downie back on top of the podium after a few setbacks with illness in recent weeks. Well managed, well recovered, and ready to hit the next block of racing hard.
Matt is off to Belgium for a few weeks now to test himself in kermesse racing.

Loving working with these guys and girls, more fantastic success at the BUCS 25 over the weekend just gone!
Posted • Oxford win women’s individual, men’s individual and men’s team varsity trophies! 🏆
A very successful weekend at the BUCS 25 saw Oxford take home both BUCS team prizes + the women’s individual win with Laura John. Matt Coulson put in a strong ride to take second in the men’s race.
These results + fast times from the whole Oxford team saw both individual varsity trophies go to Oxford, as well as the men’s team prize with Matt Coulson, Alex Herd and George Hale. Cambridge took home the women’s trophy. Well done to all our riders and thanks for a great race. See you next year for the clean sweep 😎
