Domino and I had a great weekend test riding the new SMART Saddles trail saddle.

Super comfy soft seat, deep but still open enough for 2 point canter. External knee blocks and higher pommel give an unrivaled feeling of security, even down steep hills.

Only issue is I love it more than my current Smart GP 😬

Perfect option for long distance riders and happy hackers like me.

If you'd like to try it too, send me a message or head to www.smartsaddles.com to book a test ride.

🌬️ It’s a windy one today — the perfect excuse to stay in and get stuck into a full reflock! 🐴✨

A full reflock should ideally be done every 2 years, depending on how often the saddle is used. It’s not just about freshening up the flocking — it’s a chance to check the tree, assess overall fit, and give everything a deep clean, especially in those places you can’t normally reach. 🧽🔍

Regular maintenance like this keeps your saddle in top condition, supports your horse’s comfort, and helps catch any issues early before they become bigger problems.

Message me or call 07453304598 to get yours booked in 😊

Having a cob myself, this is my personal (and hers!) saddle of choice. Proud to be an approved advisor 😊

Cobs and Native ponies are renowned for their wonderful temperaments and versatility across disciplines. However, their unique conformation can present significant challenges when it comes to saddle fitting...

Just can't stay away from horses 😂

Had the pleasure of spending the morning with beautiful Barb Arab stallion "Sahara" and his fun donkey friend. Happiest donkey I've ever met.

Catching up with admin this weekend then starting the week with a full reflock.
