This is what FitBody is all about 💙

Not smashing yourself into the ground.

Not chasing perfection.

Just showing up, doing what you can, and being around good people.

Fitness is important.

But so is friendship, support and having something in your week that makes you feel better than when you arrived.

Well done ladies 👏

** From isolated and flat… to stronger and happier**

Heya fans, just had a noice little 'story so far' from my client & would love to show you?

It's from Anna, she didn’t join FitBody because she hated her body or desperately wanted to lose weight.

In fact, she was already happy with her weight and shape.

What she really wanted was:

better mental health
more physical strength
more energy
and honestly… less isolation.

Working from home had started taking its toll.

She was feeling flat, lonely at times, and physically weaker than she wanted to feel.

She needed something that would improve both her mind and body — and give her a reason to get out of the house and reconnect with herself again

What problem were you trying to solve by coming to FitBody, Anna?

I had two goals - improved mental health and physical strength.

I'm happy with my weight and body shape but I was struggling with feeling down, a bit lonely working from home and my muscles felt a bit weak.

What’s the BIGGEST lesson you learned while at FitBody?

That I can get up and join a FitBody session at 7am and stick to it!

This has really amazed because a) I am not a morning person and b) I don't like gyms.

FitBody feels different to anything I've ever tried before.

I LOVE the flexible schedule and booking app, they play great music and I really enjoy training alongside other women.

There's a real sense of camaraderie and it sets me up for the day.

I don't mind a day alone at my desk when I've done a FitBody session in the morning. It has really helped with that feeling of isolation.

What results did you achieve?

I am happier and stronger and I feel proud of myself for sticking at it.

I FEEL different.

Definitely more strength and stamina.

I went hiking with friends recently and I was first up the mountain by a long way.

I felt strong all the way up.

Honestly?

Joining FitBody is the best decision I could have made

Me again! 🙋‍♂️

Now Anna is stronger, happier, and genuinely proud of herself for sticking to something she never imagined she’d enjoy.

She’s discovered that she actually can get up for a 7am session, enjoys training alongside other women, and loves the positive routine it’s brought into her life.

But perhaps the biggest change?

She no longer feels isolated.

FitBody became more than exercise — it became structure, connection, energy, and a way to start the day feeling strong both physically and mentally.

If you’re feeling flat, isolated or stuck in a rut, this could genuinely help more than you think.

Hey hay

I just received another great little 'Story So Far' & would love to show you if you've a min?

It's from Steph my client, & she wasn’t looking for another boring fitness routine.

She didn’t want to drag herself through the same workouts over and over again or force herself into something she hated.

What she really wanted was exercise that felt:

fun
energising
enjoyable

Something she’d actually look forward to instead of constantly trying to avoid.

Then she found FitBody.

What problem were you trying to solve by coming to FitBody, Steph?

I wanted to find the workout — not the same routine over and over, but something fun, energising, and enjoyable. I wanted something to look forward to, not drag myself through it. …and then I found FitBody.

Here are Steph's words:

What’s the BIGGEST lesson you learned while at FitBody, Steph?

That exercise can be both fun and fierce at the same time.

You can sweat, laugh, and still walk out feeling like an absolute winner.

And honestly, you never regret a workout — only the ones you skip.

What results did you achieve?

Inches gone, confidence up. I wasn’t chasing a number on the scales — I wanted to feel good in my clothes, feel fitter, feel less sluggish, and enjoy being around a lovely group of women. And that’s exactly what happened.

FitBody is where you rediscover what your body can do, not what it ‘should’ look like. It’s a space to feel strong, supported, and proud of yourself — surrounded by women who cheer you on every step of the way

Me again! 🙋‍♂️

Now Steph’s fitter, more confident, and genuinely enjoying exercise again.

She’s lost inches, feels better in her clothes, has more energy, and no longer sees fitness as something miserable she “has” to do.

Instead, training has become something positive — a place where she can feel strong, supported, and proud of herself.

Because sometimes the best results don’t come from punishing your body…

They come from finally enjoying looking after it.

If you hate exercise, maybe you just haven’t found the right environment yet

Nick “Exercise You’ll Actually Look Forward To” Slater
P.S. If you’ve spent years forcing yourself through workouts you hate… maybe it’s time to try something different.

P.P.S. DM me ‘JULY’ & I’ll get the details over

** Bought weights… and then did nothing with them 😅 **

Heya fans, just had another awesome story so far land & would love to show you?

Over the past year, Gemma slowly started feeling less like herself.

The weight had crept on, confidence had dipped, and she found herself avoiding mirrors and not liking what she saw.

She knew she needed to do something.

Like many people, she even bought weights to start at home…

…but they mostly just sat there because she didn’t really know where to begin.

Then FitBody popped up — and she thought:

👉 “What have I got to lose?”

Here are Gemma's words:

What problem were you trying to solve by coming to FitBody, Gemma?

Over the past year, the weight had gradually crept on, and I was lacking confidence and not liking what I saw in the mirror.

I knew I had to do something and bought some weights, but I just didn’t know where to start.

Then FitBody popped up, and I thought, “What have I got to lose?”

What’s the BIGGEST lesson you learned while at FitBody?

The biggest lesson I have learned so far is that it’s not about perfection, but more about showing up for yourself and holding yourself accountable.

It’s OK to have a treat or a night out, but it’s what you do afterwards that counts.

What results did you achieve?

I have more confidence and self-esteem. My weight is dropping steadily, and I am feeling stronger. Most importantly, I am enjoying coming to FitBody, which I never thought I would say.

Me again 🙋‍♂️

Now Gemma is steadily losing weight, feeling stronger, and — perhaps most importantly — rebuilding her confidence and self-esteem.

She’s realised fitness doesn’t need perfection to work.

It just needs consistency, accountability, and the willingness to keep showing up, even after the occasional treat or night out.

And the biggest surprise of all?

She genuinely enjoys coming to FitBody — something she never expected herself to say.

The hardest part is usually beginning. We’ll help with the rest.

**Why consistency changed everything for Stef**

Heya fans

Juuust had another nice little 'story so far' land & would love to show you?

It's from my client, Stef

When Stef joined FitBody at the end of December, she wasn’t just trying to lose weight.

She was trying to find herself again.

Over the previous few years, her confidence, self-esteem, and relationship with herself had slowly slipped.

And like so many people, she found herself stuck in that difficult rut where you know something needs to change… but getting started feels overwhelming.

Because, thing is:

nothing changes on its own.

Here are Stef's words:

What problem were you trying to solve by coming to FitBody, Stef?

When starting FitBody at the end of December I was trying to find myself again... over the last few years I've struggled with my weight, confidence and self esteem.

Its hard to get out of the rut and realising that you need to do something because it doesn't happen on its own.

What’s the BIGGEST lesson you learned while at FitBody?

The biggest lesson I've learnt is that consistency is key.

Showing up.. putting in the effort and you will get the results.

Don't give up even when you're not feeling it...once you have been you feel so much better for doing it!

What results did you achieve?

So far since 29th December I've lost nearly 4 stones 🙌

I feel so much better in myself, I have more confidence, I have more energy and i actually enjoy the classes, the people, everything about it.

People are noticing the difference in me which boosts me up even more, I'm still on my journey but I am so glad I chose FitBody to help me on my way with it!

To anybody to is wondering whether its for them or not...try it, you won't regret it, everybody I've met so far are welcoming and always there for support it needed.

Me again 🙋‍♂️

Now, just a few months later, Stef has lost nearly four stone and feels like a completely different person.

She has more energy, more confidence, and genuinely enjoys training — not just the workouts, but the people and the environment too.

But perhaps the biggest change?

She’s no longer waiting for things to improve.

She’s actively showing up for herself, consistently, week after week — and seeing exactly what happens when you refuse to give up.

You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need to start showing up

Nick “Find Yourself Again” Slater

P.SWe start next week (25/26 May)
P.P.S. Feeling stuck doesn’t have to be permanent. DM “MAY” and let’s get moving again 💬
