We are hosting a number of adults only outdoor sessions over this summer. From tranquil Kayaking around Shrewsbury, to Climbing on the brilliant Shropshire Sandstone.

May is drawing to a close. We have been busy working here there and everywhere... take a look

We would like to apologise to all of our followers if you saw some strange posts recently. Whilst away climbing, our Facebook account was hacked, resulting in strange content and lots of costs too!

In others news climbing was outstanding!

December sets upon us with less light, but when sun it touches the earth as it did this week, it is a beautiful at as ever!

We are drawing closer to the end of the year, but making the most out of each day. And so should you!

As the hot weather is here, the call of the river is even greater.

Some new research might cause SUP paddlers to seek some guidance about attachment (lack of) methods of our leaches while on certain types of water.

We post this update, to prompt us to think about choices we make in our environments and why make these decisions.
