4 the boys

What a crazy 3 years it's been since we sat in a bar and decided after too many drinks that we should raise some money for charity.

Today we completed cycling from Shrewsbury to Lands end!

It took us 44 hours of cycling spaced over 5 days, to cycle a total of 362 miles with over 13,000 feet climbed in those days.

To put that into perspective, that's the same (incline) as cycling up Ben Nevis 3 times.

Most importantly though...we raised a crazy amount of money for a great charity which will hopefully really help people in need.

For that we have to thank you!

Without you folks donating, we wouldn't have done it.

Without the partners of the cyclists, we wouldn't have done it.

Without the support vehicle team, we wouldn't have done it.

Without the engineer, we wouldn't have done it

Without Jason Manford, we wouldn't have done it.

Without the family and friends supporting us we wouldn't have done it.

Without the people who donated time and items for the auction and raffle, we wouldn't have done it.

Day 5 started for the boys a long time ago and their now about 4/5 hours away from the finish line!

One man down - but all smiles and a sunny start. 🌤

The boys struggled yesterday physically and emotionally… mid-way + losing Will + a hefty stretch 1- it was to be expected… but with eachother of course they got through!

Feel - Talk - Support …. And they are ready to go and get the day again! 💪🏽

Safe travels to all who are en route to Lands End today/tomorrow to see these hero’s reach the finish line of this epic, courageous and important journey! 🤍

We are SO SO close to the £12,500 target and it would be amazing to reach this by the time they reach Lands End so pleeeeaase keep donating if you are able, and/or sharing!

There were moments today that seeing the donations come in really did spur us on, thanks everyone.

Another gruelling day today for these 4 sausages with more miles than yesterday, and some more inclines!
A damp start but giving them time to cool their sunburn off from day 1 😂

DAY TWO: Let’s go 🚴

The boys nailed the most gruelling day of the trip yesterday with the longest miles and steepest climbs, on the hottest day … but they have woke up in good spirits ready to go and get day two!

We've been donated 4 cases of alcohol so we are running a raffle.

All you have to do is donate (any amount) to our just giving page and put your name and how long (how many hours in total) you think it will take us to complete our journey.

Which will see us go from Shrewsbury (quarry) this Saturday to Lands end on our road bikes.

Each day we will do a start time and stop time for the day including breaks.

This time will get added together to give a total time on the road.

Closest person to the correct time will win the four cases of beer/cider.
