Just moved my desk to another room, and now the cat has a new place to sleep! 😹

Been out to the garden centre for a bit of fresh air. Came back with a Christmas Cactus! 🌵 💖

What are you working on today?

I’ve been studying for my 30 hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training course with . I’m 25% through the video course and on the foundational techniques section in the manual.

Really enjoying it so far and looking forward to being able to offer my clients Kundalini Yoga as well as the other styles of yoga that I currently teach.

Next year’s journal has arrived. I’m going back to a Hobonichi Weeks for 2026. I love it, it’s so pretty! Well, it’s got cats on, what’s not to love?! 😹
