🌿 Late Summer Group Acupuncture Experience with Julia Ugrinic 🌿
Late Summer asks us to slow down and receive. To recognise that nourishment comes not only from what we eat, but from rest, connection, kindness, and a sense of belonging. Join us for relaxation, grounding, and Five Element Acupuncture as we explore the gifts of the Earth element and reconnect with our centre.
This gentle group session may help to calm a busy mind, ease stress and overwhelm, promote a sense of balance, and support you in feeling more grounded, nourished, and connected to yourself.
The acupuncture will take place in a group setting within the yoga studio. You will be lying on the floor, supported by bolsters, cushions, and blankets for comfort. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, no un******ng is required. All needles will be placed in the lower arms, hands, lower legs, and feet.
Please note: This session is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant. Suitable for ages 12 and over. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also participating.

We’re delighted to invite you to our Introduction to Crystals Workshop this Saturday, a welcoming and beginner-friendly session designed to help you discover the power of crystals and how they can support your personal wellbeing.
During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to choose and use crystals for yourself and within your home, along with simple and effective cleansing techniques to keep their energy clear.
You’ll also explore the basics of crystal grids to help set intentions and amplify energy, and be introduced to pendulum work as a gentle tool for intuitive guidance. This session is perfect for anyone who is curious about getting started with crystals and wants to build confidence in using them.
To help you continue your journey, you’ll also receive a starter crystal kit to take home, so you can keep exploring with confidence.

💫 Move & Mend Workshops with Faith Page 💫
Join us for a series of Move & Mend workshops, mindful movement practices designed to explore, strengthen, and support the body through intelligent, functional yoga-based movement.
These workshops blend hatha postures, mobility work, and dynamic movement to help you reconnect with your body in a steady, supportive way.
Our first two sessions explore:
✨ Hips (Sunday 2 August) — Mobilise, strengthen, and stretch the entire circumference of the hips through reclined mobility work, dynamic lunges, cross-legged forward folds, standing mobility, and sun salutations.
✨ Back (Saturday 28 November) — A deep dive into safe and supportive backbends, exploring cobra, locust, and bridge, alongside chest openers and low lunge variations.
These workshops are an invitation to move with awareness, build functional strength, and create space in the body through intelligent sequencing.
Please note: these sessions are not suitable for injury management or recent hip replacement. If needed, please consult your doctor or physiotherapist before attending.
