The Baschurch U14 girls just keep on achieving, pushing boundaries, and showing what determination and talent look like at a young age. Last week, several of our players proudly represented Shrewsbury Town in a tough match against Stoke City. The result may have been a narrow defeat, but here’s the headline that matters—both goals were scored by our very own Baschurch players. That says everything about the quality and spirit in this team.

And it doesn’t stop there…

We’ve just had incredible news that Abi from our U14 squad has been selected to represent the England Schoolgirls U15s in an upcoming fixture against Wales. An outstanding achievement and a testament to the hard work, commitment, and passion she brings every single day.

These girls aren’t just playing football—they’re setting the standard. They’re inspiring the next generation, breaking barriers, and proving that the pathway for young women in the game is stronger than ever.

The Baschurch U14 Girls have finished the 2025/26 season as Shropshire Girls Football League Champions—and what an achievement it is. This is more than a title. It’s a statement.

Cup finalists, our U8s played out a 4-4 thriller in Shawbury yesterday, congratulations to Up and Comers after a penalty shootout. A great game of football, played in the best spirit.
