Chest fly variations 1) Standard chest fly hits most of the chest. Particularly the middle fibres. You don't need your arms to fold behind you to feel the stretch. Slightly bend in the arm, slowly on the way back until you feel a good stretch and pull forward and squeeze! 2)Decline chest fly hits the lower chest fibres more. Pull the cable down and feel the squeeze on your underboob 😉 be careful with your shoulder position! Don't go too heavy! 3) Incline chest fly hits upper chest fibres and some front deltoid! This variation will help with your definition between the shoulders and chest. Also, give you the "shelf" of your upper chest! 30/10/2020
