Join us on the 30th June for a beginner’s Acro-Yoga workshop!

No partner needed. No previous experience necessary. Come and have fun, try something new, and maybe even surprise yourself. 🥰

The workshop is 10-12pm, but you have the option to stay all day and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, swim or kayak in the river, picnic with a book, relax in the hot-tub…what is there to say no too?

Join us for an afternoon of acro yoga as we laugh and play together. This will be a beginner friendly class where we explore the basics of acro-yoga: a combination of yoga and acrobatics.

Come as you are: no partner required, no need to be ultra-strong or super stretchy. Build confidence and trust as we explore partner balances, build strength, and feel the joy in trying something perhaps a little out of the ordinary.

Happy (wet) Friday 🥳 I’ve got some exciting news coming soon after having the most lovely meeting with today ❤️❤️❤️. Can you guess?
And then, we got very, very wet (understatement) on the cycle home! 🤣 But right now, I couldn’t be happier listening to the pouring rain. So if you're uncertain what parent and toddler yoga looks like, it starts off all sweet and gentle with littlies helping get everything ready...and then turns into mayhem with the toddlers having the best time (and lots of sultanas)🤣.
