It's been a busy weekend at Longden Tennis Club!

On Saturday we held an Open Morning with free coaching for juniors and adults. Despite the rain showers, we all had great fun and it was very well attended by new families thinking about joining the club. Many thanks to those who attended for their support.

And this morning, our monthly Breakfast Tournament was well attended by our regular members, with bacon baps on offer as well as some good tennis! Well done to Libby and Jonty for winning the sugar bowl trophy!

We are delighted to say that Walking Tennis has taken hold at Longden Tennis Club with a regularly well attended session on Fridays at 11am and so we are now introducing a second session - Tuesdays also at 11am!

It's free for existing members to attend and we have also launched a walking tennis only subscription of £60 per year.

So if you fancy a slower pace of tennis, this could be for you.

We had a wonderful Sunday morning breakfast tournament today with many members enjoying the sunshine, some great social tennis and bacon butties too! The perfect morning for tennis 🎾
