Good morning ladies 😀2 weeks post op today and feeling a lot more comfortable. Still get very tired & lack of energy but improving slowly. I shall start walking a little further each day, to build my strength and stamina back up. Missing you all and hope you are all working hard towards your goals 😁 lots of love from me 💕

Well, 10 years since I took over the 1800 gym. Lynn and Suzanne have been with me through thick and thin. We never got over covid, causing sooo much disruption, but we are still here, still fighting, still smiling, still doing our best for our members. Thank you all, current and previous ladies who have supported us. I won't say here's to the next 10 years but we'll keep going, and going. Much gratitude and love to all. The team. # # #❤️😍

Good morning ladies 🙂 well that’s been a week of the worst pain ever! Finally feel like the pain as started to improve. Antibiotics all finished thank goodness! Thankyou for all your good wishes it means a lot 💕 also thankyou to Mel & Suzanne for covering once again ❤️❤️ please be kind to them 🙂 I’d like to apologise to all my pt ladies for leaving you in the lurch, you all know what you’ve been doing in your sessions, just don’t give up you’ve got this! I will see you all on the other side of recovery, much love to you all ❤️
