Raced a guy in a suit 😂 luckily I overtook him after the sled push!
Still lots to work on, looking forward to a consistent block of running now the knee is holding out🤞 last 6 months I’ve averaged 5 miles per week so pretty happy with my time.
1st in my heat but as everyone knows this means nothing…
Top 0.1% in the roxzone though so happy with that 🙌
If you’re doing Hyrox and your programme doesn’t change after a race, you’re probably missing a trick. Your coach should analyse your race performance/splits, heart rate data, and subjective feedback from the race to determine your key focus for the next training block.

🔥 Hybrid Fitness – structured strength and conditioning sessions designed to build fitness, improve work capacity and push your limits.
🏋️ Learn to Lift – a coached fundamentals session focused on teaching proper lifting technique, movement patterns and building confidence with resistance training.
Both sessions are coach-led, structured and capped to maintain quality.
