Me and the life I’m currently living ⬆️
I often forget what I’ve done the past week as life is so full and very much fulfilled - but it doesn’t come without its difficulties and stresses as we all face. The thing is to zoom out more often and have a little look at what makes you happy: in life, in work, and do more of it. Even if someone else thinks it’s silly. It’s all of our first time living too ❤️

Helping others win looks something like this ➡️🏋️♀️🙌🏻🏃♀️🏅
A month of completely different successes from my clients 🫶
It’s not just about ‘losing fat’ this does my head in when people assume someone is working with a PT to lose weight, but there are SO many reasons why people invest in a coach, and if you can’t understand what those are, let’s chat and I’ll give you a lightbulb moment… it may be that it’s time to address what YOU need 💡

We made it into to vitamin D months people ☀️😍🙌🏻….
Here’s some things that made me happy and full of gratitude in the last few weeks ❤️🌷⛅️💃🏼
Another WGS dance show complete ✅ | Lucky gal with some incredible clients 🏋️♀️ | Moving for fun, lols and medals 🤸♀️🏅| Anything and anywhere with my dog 🐾 | Classes are coming baaaaaack 😅 | Garden furniture secured in time for the SUNSHYYNEEE 🌳 | Food and drinks and living life in general ❤️
I love these round ups because with the pace of life I always forget what I’ve done achieved or even enjoyed, and it’s so easy to focus on the sh*tty stuff when it feels heavy!
Anyway, I like to share my life on my business page simply because what you get is literally all of me alongside the oversharing 😂. I am so interested in people, their lives and most importantly if I can try to solve a problem they have…. Which puts you in a REALLY good position if you’re looking to have someone to support you with your goals 🙋🏼♀️
I have more coaching availability coming in May/June… come join me 🫶💃🏼

You don’t have to love exercise the way everyone else does.
My belief is super simple: if you enjoy it, you’ll actually stick with it.
That’s how movement becomes accessible, sustainable, and part of real life!
If that mindset speaks to you, we’ll probably work very well together. Reach out if you actually want to start enjoying exercise and have someone who works to your needs, not just a ‘bro split’ approach or ‘you don’t want it enough’ bo****ks ✌️

H Y R O X 2 0 2 5…. a short story of the mishaps along the way…..
Myself and my Client (and good friend!) decided in January to finally get involved with the hype. We started off training strong, and were super buzzing looking at a sub 1hr 30min 🤩
However, in July, only 3 months before HYROX, Helen was diagnosed with AF (Atrial Fibrillation) - this is when the heart beats irregularly or too fast, which can cause major fatigue , tiredness or dizziness.
Because of that, we adapted our HYROX doubles, walked all the 1km sections (which in fact gave us more juice for the stations) Helen stepped in on stations to break it up with watchful eye of her heart rate and how she felt. It was all about teamwork and finishing safely, not racing the clock.
We are SO PROUD of the finish time because by our estimations we had assumed 2hr 30min so this was INSANE.
Despite barriers and challenges, we upheld what HYROX is all about, it’s accessible, it’s adaptable, and if you just keep moving, you’ll finish.
Helen faced a lot of concern about whether she should do it, but after training together, analysing everything carefully, and even attending her cardiologist appointment, I knew exactly what we were working with.
Too often people say “just don’t do it” when faced with a barrier, and that’s when no progress is made. Equip yourself with knowledge, seek expert advice, and just go for it.
We’ve already said once H has her ablation to fix it, we’re coming back for that sub 1hr 30min 👊🏼
Huge thanks to Tom for the early guidance and 1-1 technique coaching, and to the team at Forge Fitness for building me up to support Helen 🙌🏻
And of course, my dad and Jack ❤️, for coming along to cheer me on, and take the candid vids (on the next post 🤣)
