An amazing day today, playing some great games with some great people, thank you to my partners Matt Walker and Susie Williams, and thanks to Aidan and Vicki for all of the coaching recently.
5 hours of badminton even start stop is a hard day. Very tired.
You eat well all week.
You train 3 times.
Then the weekend arrives.
That’s why many people feel stuck, despite being consistent during the week.
Fat loss isn’t about 5 good days.
It’s about the whole week.
Most people over 40 train for the pump and to build muscle, and building muscle is great, and its a massive percentage for longevity.
But strength, power and movement are what keep you athletic as you get older and should still matter.
Thats how we really look after ourselves.
