CLIPPING AVAILABILITY

To all of my wonderful clients….

Some of you who I’ve seen more recently will already know I’m going on holiday from 9th - 23rd Nov. (I know! A lucky two whole weeks 😬) Because of this I have spent the last few weeks working every hour god sends to fit you all in before I go. I have loved every minute of seeing you all btw this is not a moan! 😂 I just wanted to give a little heads up to those I may not of seen that I will be away, but do still have a few spaces left for this week if you are needing your horse/pony clipping before I go. Otherwise I don’t have any availability now until early December so please get in touch asap. Thank you so much to everyone for your continued support over the years. It really does mean the world to me that I have such a lovely client base.

𝑻𝒐 𝑯𝒐𝒕 𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒉 𝒐𝒓 𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒐𝒕 𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒉?

That is the question! Personally it’s a no brainer from me… hot clothing has many benefits for our beloved equines but is particularly useful after clipping… make sure you have a clean cloth, preferably a micro fibre, and more importantly 𝑯𝑶𝑻 water!! Depending on which potion you decide to use here are some of the benefits for post clip clothing.

✯ Removes any excess grease build up on the skins surface
✯ Removes any itchy loose hairs
✯ Soothes irritation caused by clipping for those sensitive types
✯ Creates a glossy, clean coat
✯ Fragranced oils can deter those pesky flies

With so many hot clothing options to choose from here a little list of some of my favourites I use in my kit…

Love the Skin he’s in is the perfect post clip clothing liquid. It wipes away excess grease easily leaving a shiny clean coat. But also soothes any irritation caused by clipping or loose hairs

𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒆

hot oil is my favourite to use to add a little extra shine to dull coats.. you also only need a few drops so it lasts forever!

𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆

have some of the most amazing smelling hot oils! Made from all natural ingredients they are perfect for those sensitive types. Try their lemongrass scent which is super handy for repelling all the pesky flies and tiny biting insects, particularly in the summer.

I had the pleasure of visiting Enigma PRE Stud to plait the boys ready for their stud book photo shoot.

All three stallions had impeccable manners and were an absolute pleasure to be around.

Owner Melanie opted for reverse running braids and I have to admit I’m quite pleased with these ones.

I used a selection of plaiting products from Supreme Products and NAF to create these lovely looking braids.

Excited to be attending the GBPRE show at Hartpury creating different plaiting styles and have some space whilst I’m there if you need your horse plaiting!
