It was fantastic to see so many members enjoying great tennis, good company and plenty of cake. And, of course, a special thank you to the weather gods for keeping the rain away! ☀️😊

We would really appreciate hearing your thoughts — whether positive or constructive. Your feedback will play an important role in helping us decide which sessions to continue, develop, or change in the future.

Club Championships
Just a reminder if you are still thinking about entering the doubles tournaments. For both the ladies and mens doubles players will be ‘seeded’ to ensure the pairings are fair and of a similar standard. For those new to the club, those who don’t normally enter tournaments or are wondering whether to or not this is a great opportunity to have a go and to meet other members .
Matches are played at the convenience of all players in the daytime, evenings or at weekends. Finals Day is Sunday - 19th July so we do ask you to check you are available - you may get to the final !

Entries are filtering though slowly since my last message but It would be great if there were more in both the doubles and particularly the singles tournaments.

As you can see the numbers for each of the tournaments are on the low side at the moment and more entries in all four tournaments would be very welcome to ensure their viability and for them to be as competitive as possible.
