Shop Sales & Marketing/Events Lead

We are looking to add to our core sales team here at The Trailhead Bicycle Company in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

The candidate must have previous bike industry experience, a passion for all things ‘Mountain Bike’ and enthusiasm to work in a busy team. The position is full time, 40 hours a week. Pay is based on prior experience.

The Job Role: The candidate will be required to handle shop floor sales duties. Managing sales from deposit to handover, keeping customers informed. In addition, you would be responsible for our social media, email campaigns and event planning. This would include organising & running demo days, shop rides & other shop based events, liaising with our brands teams to bring a fun and positive customer experience. With the aim to increase our website traffic and footfall in store.

Gone Graveling EP.10 🔥

This one was special, a huge thanks to all those that came out for the ride, we had a great time. And a massive thanks to our star customers Hoppy and Andy for putting the route together! Thanks to Smith for supporting the ride with demo glasses and helmets and supplying the riders with some amazing freebies. Last but not least, thankyou to West Mids Shooting Ground for letting us ride on their land and Hawstone Park Follies for giving us permission also, it made for a great morning!
