New Yoga Classes coming in Autumn 2020

Yoga classes are back on
Monday September 10th at 7pm.
University Centre Frankwell shrewsbury
6 weeks £42 Or 12 £80

Yoga classes start tonight, Monday 4th June at 7pm.
We're at the University Centre Shrewsbury for four weeks for £28.

Monday night yoga classes begin again on 23rd April, 7pm at University Centre Shrewsbury.

There are 4 classes before half term, 23rd April, 30th April, (no class on 7th May as it's a Bank Holiday), 14th May and 21st May.
After a weeks break we're back on 4th June, 11th June, 18th June and 25th June.

£28 for 4 classes or £50 for all 8 weeks.

The course runs for 5 weeks and cost £35

We will be strengthening and stretching, using the power of the breath to relax our minds and bodies.

Happy New year everyone.

Classes won't be starting until February, I have a big birthday to celebrate in January and will need to get over the shock of being half a century.

Have a wonderful start to 2018 and keep up the yoga flow.

Hello All

I'm looking forward to starting yoga classes again on Monday September 11th at 7pm.

Unfortunately we can't use the university room on September 25th, so the first half of term will be 4 weeks
September 11th and 18th then October 2nd and 9th costing £25

Half term break on 16th and 23rd October

Then from 30th October - 27th November, 5 weeks £32
Or book into the whole 9 weeks for £55
