being real - my life has been completely chaotic past 2 months.

work, personal life, social life has all been at 100 miles per hour.

things have not been prioritised: sleeping, food, resting ect and it’s definitely taking toll on training and effecting energy levels.

but, life can be like this sometimes but the main thing is, we recognise it to do something about it.

2 months into 2025 so ask yourself how you are feeling? Are you prioritising your needs?

I aim for a daily intake of around 1,860 calories and 140-160g of protein.

While this can vary, I strive to maintain consistency throughout the week.

Your food doesn’t have to be boring and you can be creative with it but it’s all about just being mindful of what you are using and the amount you are using.

Good food leads to better habits 💫

with this being the Christmas period, it can somewhat be very stressful for a lot of us in many different ways.

I’m here just here to remind you to do what feels good 💫

don’t compare yourself to anyone else or what someone else is doing.

know that 80% of the things you see on social media is not realistic and you’re doing amazing.

1. Stress Management
• Why?
Chronic stress can disrupt almost every system in the body, leading to hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and mental health challenges. Managing stress improves resilience and reduces the risk of long-term health issues.

2. Strength Training
• Why?
Strength training builds and maintains muscle, bone density, and metabolic health. It also supports functional movement, and enhancing longevity.

3. Sleep and Recovery
• Why?
Sleep is the foundation of physical and mental health. During sleep, the body repairs tissues, produces growth hormone, and consolidates memories. Recovery allows the body to adapt to stress, rebuild stronger, and prevent burnout (which we all neglect massively)

4. Food Quality
• Why?
The quality of your food impacts energy levels, performance, recovery, and long-term health. Nutrient-dense, minimally processed foods provide essential vitamins and minerals.

Each of these elements play such a significant role in your body/health and overall wellbeing.

It also doesn’t need to be too complex and it can be implemented into your lifestyle without too many restrictions.

You just got to find the balance 🤝🏼
