“Pass WIDE and SLOW - allowing at least 2meters of space”

“Slow down to Maximum 10mph”

“Be patient. Do not beep your horn or rev your engine”

“Look out for horse riders signals and heed a request to slow down or stop”

“Treat all horses as a potential hazard”

“Remember there are three brains at work when you pass; the riders, the drivers and the horses. Remember, Horses are flight animals and can move incredibly quickly if startled”

Please share to help spread awareness and remind all drivers of the Highway Code and their level of responsibility in the ‘Hierarchy of road users’.
