As some of you may know, after 9 amazing years, I have stopped doing my circuits and Metafit sessions at the local village halls. Unfortunately COVID had a massive impact upon my business in terms of numbers attending the class.
In adapting, I am now focussed more so on my personal training and running some small group PT sessions that offer a closer eye on the client, more equipment and no room to duck and dive from effort!! 🔥💪

What is Metafit??? 🤔
Metafit is a workout based on the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles. The fundamental principles of this type of training are the work/rest intervals, the idea being that you work out as hard 🥵 as you can in the work periods knowing that this is followed by a rest.⏱
