The last month I’ve been back at the gym training regularly after 4 months of illness. My strength and cardio capacity are coming back quicker than I thought and I’m really enjoying being back training. Tested some heavy singles in the last week hitting 95kg back squats and 115 deadlift. I’m still quite away from my lifetime 1rm figures (112.5 bs and 140dl) but I know it’s coming back 💪💪

So pleased with this, can’t believe I’m up to 40kg on a squat sn**ch already 💪💪 my strength is coming back so quickly, but I currently only lift once a week and focus on body weight strength the other training days.

Mike managed not only his 1st ever strict handstand push up today but his 2nd as well. He’s been doing CrossFit classes 5 times a week alongside an online personal accessory plan we created for him to achieve a few personal goals.
Feels so good to have core stability again. I love being back lifting! 💪

I’ve been adding in 2 basic accessory drills for toes to bar after my training sessions over the last few weeks and I’ve gone from only being able to do singles (post c-section) to repping a comfortable 5. I’m so pleased with this progress!
I was nervous about practicing a free stand handstand today, doubting my core strength, but so glad I tried. Really please I managed to get a few seconds in a hold - although it felt like sooooo much longer 😂😂

First time sn**ching in over 9 months and it feels good 😀😀😀 I stopped Olympic lifting at the start of the 2nd trimester as I didn’t want to alter the bar path around the bump and pick up and bad habits. Coming back to it felt easy, even though I am not lifting the numbers I used to, I am going to use this time to work on technique
