Pilates is cancelled this evening, 5 January, Wem Town Hall

Pilates restarts on Monday, 5th January at Wem Town Hall. There are spaces in the 10:45 mixed-ability class and a waiting list for my other classes. If you would like to start Pilates in the new year, please don't hesitate to send me a message.

I just listened to a great episode of What's up Doc on BBC sounds. It was all about core strength. I really recommend it to anyone interested in what your core is and how it helps you live a healthy life.

I had a wonderful day in London. Always more to learn in my pilates journey.

Summer is coming to an end and a new term of Mat Pilates starts on September 8th at Wem Town Hall. It is £11 a session. I have some spaces in my morning classes but there is already a waiting list for the evening class. If you are interested let me know and we can start the induction process.

I'm happy to announce that I have passed my Mat Pilates Certification from Body Control Pilates and look forward to teaching in the near future
