I'm super rubbish at rewarding fast enough and throwing! So I supported a lot and kept on one arm rather than my off arm or two, so I could reward faster and keep it high value and also means I have both options. Increasing distance and then changed the direction and the verbal to proof.

Give massage a try, to help support your sporting dog's performance and recovery. Cam is offering 'mini massage' sessions for those that want a taste of it's benefits. Massage and warm up before and after competitions can help identify and relieve areas of tension to remove any musculoskeletal restrictions before competition. Massage is also useful in removing waste products and lactic acid build up. The hands on palpation of your dog's body will give an idea to areas of discomfort and can highlight and resolve small problems before they turn into bigger issues.
