Important Member Update: Temporary Water Outage

​Hey Gymporium family,

​Please be aware that our facility is currently experiencing a mains water supply outage due to a local issue affecting the entire Monkmoor area. This is completely out of our control, and local utility teams are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

​What this means for your visit today:

​Showers: Our showers are STILL RUNNING as they are supplied directly from our immersion tank! 🚿
​Restrooms & Refill Stations: Tap water in the restrooms and main water refill stations are currently out of service, so please bring plenty of bottled water with you to stay hydrated.

​Gym Access: The main gym floor remains OPEN for training.

​We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the local issue is fixed.

We will post another update as soon as full water service is restored!

Today we'd like to ask our Gymporium community to come together for one of our former members, Phil Dempster.
Phil is currently battling cancer, and a GoFundMe has been set up to help him and his family. The aim is to ease some of the financial pressure and help make the time ahead as comfortable as possible, allowing Phil to focus on what matters most—spending precious time with his loved ones.

Instructional signage (the "how-to" for the heat and the freeze).

We have ideas and design but are struggling to format them to the sizes required without pixelating the image.

🚨 Important Member Safety Update 🚨
We know it’s frustrating.
We hear you, and we understand that stopping mid-set—especially when we’ve experienced false alarms recently—can feel like a major disruption to your flow.

However, at Gymporium, your safety isn't a "suggestion"—it’s our absolute priority.

Because our facility is linked to adjoining buildings, an alarm next door is an alarm for us. We cannot treat any siren as "just another drill." We have to act every single time to ensure every member gets out safely.

The process is simple but vital:

STOP & DROP: End your set immediately. Forget the weights; leave them where they are.

EVACUATE: Head straight to the nearest exit. Use the emergency exit gate on the landing by operating the exit switch. When you arrive at the doors hit with green break glass to override the airlock system and exit.

NO DELAYS: Do not head to the lockers. Your belongings are replaceable; you are not.

ASSEMBLE: Meet us in the Main Car Park so we can account for everyone.

Following these steps isn't just about gym rules—it’s about looking out for one another.

Non-compliance puts lives at risk and, unfortunately, may lead to a membership review.

Work is complete on our new AI security system....thanks for putting up with the hammering and drilling, those dusty foot prints across the gym floor and the whistling workmen.

Gymporium’s new AI security system is now active.

As you enter the gym, our system tracks your every move

If the sensors detect a half-rep, ego-lifting, or failure to re-rack weights, an alarm will sound and your membership will be automatically downgraded to 'Cardio Only' for 24 hours."
