After a few weeks of travelling in south America 🇵🇪 I will be returning back to work this coming Monday (20th)

I only got to work with Jon for a short amount of time due to him only visiting the uk for a number of weeks.. But in those few weeks we made a whole lot of progress.
For the most part, it's about giving people the confidence to move again, safely and with intent.
He's had 2 years off training due to a herniated disc and after being told misinformation about his injury. It left him questioning his future involvement in sports and exercise.
I look forward to hearing how he progresses while over seas.

Every year that passes, the older I get and the more clients I train. It highlights to me the importance of strength training, keeping mobile and being generally more active.
I like to think training enables you to do what you want to be able to do. It allows you to carry on doing what you want to do for longer - Whether that's going for walks, riding your bike, playing with your grandchildren, carrying shopping, playing football with your kids.
Whatever your reason may be, you should consider adding resistance training as part of your routine. It's about being able to do the things you want to do and prolonging what you have already 🤸
Al suffered a 4 inch tear in his hamstring over 12 months ago. As part of his gym routine we've added in Harop curls to strengthen his hamstrings in the hope to go into nordic curls 🦵
Having confidence in your body is always the hardest part, especially when you feel like it has let you down previously. But be persistent, build up slowly and the results will show.

Rewind a few months ago and susie herniated her disc during an exercise class, which lead to extreme pain and discomfort in the back and down the leg.
Fast forward and she's now pain free! The weights have increased incrementallly over the past few months, to a point where we can put some good load through the body! 💪
Movement is therapy.

The leg press is a great alternative to building leg strength and power especially if you have chronic pain within the back or knees 🤕
Squatting can be a demanding exercise for some and not everyone finds it easy to do without discomfort. The leg press can provide a good alternative to building strength while you're working on the foundations of other exercises such as squats and Lunges 🏋️

Kaths been on an incredible fat loss journey and has now lost an amazing 6st. She has been extremely consistent with every aspect of her training and food, while still enjoying herself 💃
Although it has been an important part, losing weight hasn't been the main area of focus. We have made it clear that it's incredibly important to create good habits and relationships with exercise and food, the weight loss will follow.
We're currently on the right track to reversing her type 2 diabetes!

Ann beautifully demonstrating this nice cable variation of the Deadbug. This one keeps constant tension in comparison to holding a plate or dumblell where tension is lost at the top 🐛
Theres no reason to choose one variation over the other, but variety is the 🌶️ of life so they say!
