NCS Triathlon

The event will be in the Quarry in Shrewsbury. This will result in at least 21km distance traveled per person per day.

NCS (National Citizen Service) is running a sponsored charity event to help support the West Midlands Air Ambulance from the 19th to the 21st of July from 10:00 till 16:00. To begin with our group will swim a combined minimum of 10km in the Quarry Swimming Pool after this we will do 5km running each and 15km of biking each.
