My name is Darren Castleton, and I am the proud owner of Fitfinity Coaching. With a Level 2 fitness instructor certification, a Level 3 personal trainer qualification, and a Level 5 Ofqual qualified nutritionist designation, I have built a solid foundation in fitness and nutrition. My journey in fitness began as a mixed martial artist, where I had the honor of holding the No. 1 spot in the UK and Ireland as an amateur and achieving a top 25 ranking as a professional.
Through my competitive experience, I developed a profound love for fitness, especially nutrition, which inspired me to gain the qualifications necessary to support my career. In the later stages of my fighting career, I established Fitfinity Coaching to help others achieve their dream physiques.
