THE WONDERLAND BREAKFAST✨
Come and join us this Easter Weekend for a magical wonderland Breakfast! Expect full English breakfasts for adults, and pancakes Nutella and fruit for children! All of this, whilst enjoying a train journey filled with fun and laughter as Alice in Wonderland joins you for a bite to eat.

You can catch Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter himself travelling on the train all day, with games, singing and entertainment all around.

This is a day full of family fun, with the option of just a train journey, or something a little extra; our Breakfast and Afternoon Tea options with a wonderland twist!

HVMR No. 7 'Toby' is making making a guest appearance at the site of the new Bala station! Not sure if it will be on passenger duty or not. Wishing the Bala Lake Railway a successful event, and looking forward to seeing lots of photos!!!

Ballast and edging re-instated.

Re-laying and re-alignment to improve the transition onto the Level Crossing. 1 rail and 1 joint to trim once the final alignment is confirmed. Then a lot of jacking and packing!!!

Sadly whilst is unlikely that there will be public trains running for a while, however, one of our fabulous volunteers, Russ has been busy keeping the line looking neat and trim! :-)

Sadly, and predictably, the Hambleton Valley Miniature Railway won't be operating during the COVID-19 outbreak - especially as the Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway is currently closed. However, the opportunity will be taken to spruce up the line in readiness for when we can re-open. More pictures to follow tomorrow of the progress at 'Beckside Station' and turntable, all being well... Stay safe everyone!
