The final day of Mountain Bike CPD in Wales 🚵♂️🏔️
Today we shifted the focus onto coaching skills and trailside repairs, looking at the wider skills needed to lead, support and develop riders out on the trails.
It’s been a brilliant five days of riding across some incredible Welsh trails, developing skills, building confidence and helping the Cadet Adult Volunteers progress towards their MIAS Mountain Bike Instructor qualifications.
Great trails, plenty of learning and, most importantly, a great group of people to spend the week riding bikes with! 🤙
