nutrition is so important when trying to lose weight or build muscle.
You can train as often as you want and with high intensity but if you have a Shxt nutrition plan or you eat crap then you won’t get the results you want.
So sort your nutrition and work your ass of and get the Results you want 💪🏼

What does Trust the process mean?
Well to put it simply, to be able to get the physique you want, you will have to go through phases such as a bulking phase and a cutting phase.
This is the process and it works, it’s not easy and at times you will think about giving up, but you need to trust the process, enjoy the process and look forward to the physique that you desire.

Are you nervous/ feeling anxious about walking into the gym? But want to get into better shape and feel healthier.
It can be very daunting to enter a gym where you don’t know anyone, or have never been to a gym before.
Although I work in a gym when I go to new gyms that I have never been to before I still feel this way.
