🌈✨🎉 10 YEARS OF CLUBBERCISE IN OUR TOWN! 🎉✨🌈
Today marks 10 whole years since I became a Clubbercise instructor right here in our amazing town 💜
I was the first instructor 🧑🏫 to bring this to our area, and I’m the only one left standing ( or dancing 💃🏻)
A whole decade of glow sticks, disco lights, throwback anthems, laughs, sweat, friendship and unforgettable going out night vibes 🪩🥳
What started as a passion for fitness and fun has grown into the most incredible community. I’ve watched confidence grow, friendships form, goals smashed and so many of you walk through the doors for the first time (nervous!) and leave absolutely glowing ✨
To everyone who has ever:

Thanks so much for joining me ladies and gents!
Just to see you all again and get lovely hugs 🤗 and even flowers 🌷 was just amazing! I could tell how much you’d missed dancing and being a part of a community as I had 😊 we really have created something special and unique 🥰
Also to welcome new faces to our new venue at The Legion room which worked amazingly as a space, sprung dance floor, 🪩 glitter ball, and I got myself a stage! What more do we need?!
We have a few things to iron out, more lights to add, music volume to work out but as first classes go it went really well once I’d got over my initial nerves to be back and fell into what I love to do!

Join us in 2024 for Clubbercise!
🎄🎄 THAT IS A WRAP FOR 2023!! 🎄🎄 I have taught 🥁… 610 classes this year!!!! Phew… that makes me one tired ( nearly) 54 year old class instructor!!
Wow!! Just wow!! I can’t even begin to put into words my appreciation for my class members and supporters this year!! 2023 has seen our studio come back from the biggest setback to hit small businesses ever!! Behind every great business is a great bunch of supporters 🥰
As we go into a new year 2024 … I’m so excited to still be going strong with our studio, against all adversities thrown at me as a small business
Running your own business is hard, it’s mentally all consuming, and on top of that emotion, I physically choose to teach all sessions on the timetable, which leads also to bodily exhaustion… some would say I’m mad! 🤣
What people don’t see away from the studio floor teaching , are the hours spent at home, putting together and learning new choreography so your classes are ever changing, creating reels for Facebook and instagram, writing posts to encourage bookings, answering all messages from said posts, much past working hours, usually until 10pm, chasing bookings so regulars don’t miss out ( I’m particularly hot on this one, you’ll notice I never let my regulars down even when you forget to book!) and constantly worrying that everything I’m doing is right… after all I’m the biggest people pleaser in the world as we all know!
I set out to be something different from all the other facilities in town, a pay as you go community, where I will offer a more personal approach, I’ll know your name, I’ll be your biggest supporter and you’ll become my friend, it’s totally different to paying a corporate membership and being ignored as you walk in and out… yes that may be cheaper per month, but that’s because someone takes your money out of your bank and doesn’t even know if you’ve been until they look at your swipe history … it’s what you want out of a fitness establishment 😀, and no two people are the same.! With me, you pay from £4-£6.50 a class and that’s it! No expensive annual contract, where you are tied in to pay monthly for a year with absolutely no get out clause! So when finances don’t allow, then you don’t book or pay!
Add to that my classes are fully licensed branded classes, I train with reputable brands and pay them to use their name, such as Clubbercise … I’m also the only studio to be allowed to teach Boogie Bounce in Sleaford as I own the postcode rights exclusively 😀 … and I pay for that!! 🤣

I’m very lucky to witness the amazing transformation in people and that doesn’t always necessarily mean just physically, .... I know the hardest part of exercising is actually walking into an established group alone, putting yourself out there and feeling vulnerable, but my philosophy has always been to make my class members feel welcome, comfortable and part of “ my team” .... I’ve seen people blossom from a nervous non exerciser into confident class goers, making great friends, picking up routines and who now attend consistently 2 or 3 times a week ... that makes every aching muscle in my body worth it! 😂

I count all of you as not only class members but great friends ... I’d particularly like to send a huge shout out to those amazing regular ladies/ gents whose consistency and dedication to fitness ,keeps classes running and my business succeeding in the less busy times ♥️ you are never taken for granted

This year we have welcomed so many new faces with brand new concepts such as paracise gentle exercise,,making classes even more inclusive, something I knew was missing not only from my timetable but from the area
