🍂🍁Come and celebrate the arrival of Autumn Season with me 🍁🍂

As the days shorten and we move from the expansive energy of summer into the introspective quiet of autumn, the Autumnal Equinox offers us a powerful moment to pause and find balance.

This two-hour workshop will be a gentle journey inward, combining:
🍂A slow, grounding yin yoga to release summer’s heat and welcome the cooling energy of fall.
🍂Restorative poses and breath regulation techniques to calm the nervous system.
🍂A guided meditation and yoga nidra to help you set an intention for the season ahead, promote deep healing and very profound rest at every level of being -physical, mental and emotional.

Let’s gather together to honour this change, turning our attention from the external world to the internal landscape. It’s a beautiful opportunity to attune to nature’s rhythms and find a sense of stillness before the busy holiday season begins.

Spaces are limited; book through my website.
I can’t wait to share this nurturing and restorative experience with you.

I found this photo of me preparing for what was probably my FIRST EVER YOGA CLASS

I can still remember the mixture of excitement, nerves and “what on earth am I doing?!” 😂

And now, looking back, I can’t believe how much time has passed and how much yoga has become part of my life.

What started with one class has grown into something I never could have imagined -sharing a little bit of yoga magic with so many wonderful people.

So much has changed since then, but one thing hasn’t - that feeling of how special it is to create a space where people can slow down, breathe and simply be.

Feeling very grateful for the journey. 💚

Remember ✨ Every journey begins somewhere✨

Yours can begin anytime....
I warmly welcome you to my classes, all resuming on Tuesday 8th September. Would love to see you there.

I love my daily strolls around the garden. 👩‍🌾
Even after a long, dry spell, when the garden is looking more depleted than usual, nature shows us resilience and there are still little pockets of colour and life to discover.

Step outside for five minutes today.

Leave your phone behind. Walk slowly. Notice 3 things you can see, 2 things you can hear and 1 thing you can feel.

Let nature be part of your practice.

What helps you feel grounded when life feels overwhelming?

Ready to return to a routine?

When life gets busy over the summer, our personal practices are usually the first things to slip. Even yoga teachers fall out of alignment- including me! 🙊😬😅

I’ll be honest with you, I’m feeling that September shift already- part of me holding onto summer, and part of me ready for a little more routine.

September always feels like a little reset, doesn’t it?
The lighter, slower days of summer begin to shift. School starts again, diaries fill up, routines return… and suddenly we’re thinking about getting back into some kind of rhythm.
For me, September has always carried a lovely ✨New Beginning✨energy, not quite the fresh-start feeling of January, but something softer.

A chance to pause and ask:
*What do I need more of?
*What would help me feel grounded?
*Where can I create a little more space for myself?
Hope your answer is yoga 🙂 I’m very happy to say… Yoga classes are back!

Whether you’ve been practising throughout the summer, haven’t stepped onto your mat for weeks, or you’re completely new to yoga, you are welcome.
Come as you are. No pressure to be flexible. No need to “get back in shape”. Just an invitation to slow down and begin again.

September is a beautiful time to come home to yourself.
So, If you’ve been feeling that same pull to return to yourself as the season shifts, I’ve got you.
All my classes are officially back from 8th September.

I’d love to see your face on the mat next week.

Have you ever wondered how meditation can help you with life challenges ?

Life can feel busy, noisy and demanding.

Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind or getting it “right” or sitting in meditation posture for god knows how long!

It’s about learning simple tools to help you meet life with a little more calm, clarity and ease.

5-10 minutes is enough. Starting small and gradually building up your self-practice where you can notice the subtle shifts!

Over four weeks, you’ll learn practical meditation and mindfulness techniques that you can use in everyday life to help:
🧘‍♀️Calm a busy mind
🧘‍♀️Reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm
🧘‍♀️Improve focus and concentration
🧘‍♀️Cultivate self-compassion and emotional resilience
🧘‍♀️Sleep better
🧘‍♀️Feel more present and grounded
🧘‍♀️Bring more mindfulness into your daily life
🧘‍♀️Respond to challenges with greater resilience
🧘‍♀️Create a sustainable meditation practice that works for you

Each session includes gentle movement, guided mindfulness& meditation techniques , breathing practices, time for reflection, and practical techniques that you can use at home.

No previous experience is needed. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
No perfection required, just a willingness to show up for yourself🙏🕉️💜
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to reconnect with your practice, this course offers a supportive and nurturing space to explore what meditation & mindfulness can bring to your life.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
💜If you’ve been curious about meditation but don’t know where to begin, this course is for you.

Stop waiting for the perfect time to start. Your 10-minute daily practice begins here.

Hello, I’m Anna
If you’re new here, welcome.

I love bringing together the physical and more contemplative aspects of yoga, creating practices that are nourishing, accessible and meaningful.

My teaching continues to evolve through my own practice, study and the wonderful people I have the privilege of teaching.

I believe yoga is so much more than what we do with our bodies.
For me, yoga is an opportunity to pause. To breathe. To listen. To reconnect.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be fit.
You don’t need to know all the postures.
Simply arrive as you are.

I believe every person arrives on the mat with different needs, and every practice should honour that. I offer options and modifications throughout each class, encouraging you to listen to your body and become your own inner teacher.

I hope to offer a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to practise at their own pace, without judgement or comparison and perhaps discover a little more about themselves along the way.

Alongside my regular classes, I offer workshops and special events where we can explore some of the deeper and more nourishing aspects of yoga.

I also offer private sessions and occasionally enjoy partnering with businesses, charities, healthcare providers, and community organisations to deliver wellbeing sessions that enhance employee wellbeing, reduce stress, and encourage healthier, more balanced lifestyles.

So, if you’re looking for mindful movement, a bit of stillness, connection, relaxation or simply a little more space to breathe- you’re very welcome here.
🙏🙏🙏
