Give me 8 weeks! ✨

My client has completely transformed her lifestyle. From not tracking her food and doing no training, to now training 4-5 times a week, adding in regular cardio sessions, increasing her daily steps, and fully committing to the process 👏

Considering she has a very sedentary job, some aspects have been more challenging for her, but she has completely locked in with her mindset and work ethic over the last 8 weeks and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed.

She’s eating SO much more than before, feeling stronger, healthier, more confident, and has loved seeing her body change along the way 💫

I’ve worked with Megan for 7 months, and in that time she has made such incredible progress! She’s the kind of client who genuinely just gets on with it — no complaints, always willing to learn, and never afraid to try something new.

Every session has been so coachable because of the effort and attitude she brings, and watching her grow in both confidence and strength has been amazing. I have absolutely loved working with her and I can honestly say my job is done 🫶

Today marked my lovely client Jane’s last session with me before moving house! I’m so proud of the incredible progress she has made during the time we’ve worked together.

Jane completely transformed her mindset around food and training, learning how to properly fuel herself to support both her performance and overall wellbeing. Over time, her goals shifted away from focusing on scale weight and instead towards building strength, improving confidence through menopause, and maintaining consistency long-term.

Watching her grow both physically and mentally has been amazing, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far she has come on her journey. Wishing you the absolute best of luck in your new home, Jane, and I hope you find a gym you love just as much as Empowher! 💛

Update on my client Zacky 💫

Zacky initially came to me with the goal of ‘losing weight’, (a phrase that genuinely gives me the ick) but from the start the bigger picture was building muscle and improving her overall physique.

Over this time, she’s completely transformed her mindset around food — understanding that food is fuel, learning her macros, and using them to her advantage to reach her goals. We’ve actually pushed calories up quite high, and the glute growth has been insane 👀🍑

What’s been even better is that she’s done all of this while still living her life — enjoying meals out, spending time with her two little girls, and balancing everything as a busy working mum. Proof that you don’t have to sacrifice your life to get results.

We’ve got one more week before heading into a short deficit ahead of her holiday ✈️

Proud coach moment 🤍 this is exactly why I love what I do.

A total loss of 14kg for my client 👏

I wish I could share the full transformation, but this is what I was allowed to work with 🤣 beggars can’t be choosers 🥹

She has absolutely nailed (almost 😉) everything I’ve asked of her — no complaints, just consistent graft, trusting the process… with the occasional telling off 😆

I don’t often get to post client transformations because most are camera shy LOL, but after some convincing, this one definitely earned its place on the grid!

So proud — well done 🥳

Let’s talk weight gain 😎

My client came to me wanting to “lose weight” and “tone up.”
What she really meant was: lose body fat and build muscle.

So we did exactly that.

We started with a cut to bring her body fat down. She leaned out beautifully, but to get the shape she wanted, we had to do the part most people are scared of…

We went into a building phase.

A proper calorie surplus.
More food.
Heavier training.
Less obsession with cardio.

Now her strength is flying, her muscle is growing, and her physique is transforming in a way that dieting alone could NEVER achieve.

She’s now nearly at the end of her growing phase before we head back into a cut.

This is your sign to, eat your food, train with intention, and quit the hours and hours of cardio 🔥
